Slimbridge - September 2010 - Saturday morning

After breakfast on Saturday morning we decided to walk a little further up the canal to the Cambridge Arms swing bridge where we sat alongside the bridge and watched the boats come through (each time they appeared a man came out of his hut and had to hand wind the bridge open and closed!). 

Paddy was itching to get in the water and chase the swans, but the natives didn't look particularly friendly!!!
