Truro in Autumn

We managed another sneaky weekend away at the end of October.  Not wanting to travel too far we headed south to Carnon Downs, a lovely campsite 4 miles outside of Truro.

We arrived on Friday lunchtime, chose our pitch and had some lunch. 

It was very overcast but dry so we decided to follow one of the campsites recommended walks down to the creek at Point and back up via Devoran.  There were lots of signs of autumn and it stayed dry!

Later that evening we enjoyed a lovely meal in the local pub before heading back for an early night.
