After 2 nights in Wells it was time to move on again. We had to call into our motorhome dealer for a few minor snags to be sorted but once done we were on our way to our now regular Easter home of Cheddar Bridge Touring Park, in Cheddar. From this year on our Easter break will be known as CHEDDSTOCK!! This year there were 15 of us in our group in various different units, including a gypsy caravan, and airstream and a static! It seems to be growing every year.
Once pitched up we had a short walk into Cheddar village and then caught up with the few members of our group who'd arrived the same day. We had a nice meal in one of the local pubs that evening.
It was very overcast and drizzly on Good Friday so we had a day trip to Weston-Super-Mare with my Auntie and Uncle who were staying on site. After a short mooch in the shopping centre, and lunch in a café, we had a walk along the pier and promenade and even had a ice cream!
Later that afternoon we met up with the rest of the group, who'd arrived during the day on Good Friday, and spent the evening in the pub with some of them.
