For Easter we made our annual journey to Cheddar Gorge. On the Thursday morning we were on the road at 6:30am to enable us to drop Bessy off for her annual habitation service at our dealer in Somerset. We had a courtesy car so spent the morning wandering around Burnham-on-Sea before picking her up (health check complete and successful!) and heading to Cheddar Bridge for 4 nights.
This was probably the wettest Easter we'd experienced in the 8 or 9 years we'd been staying in Cheddar. Having gone from 13/14 of us staying each year we were down to 4 of us but we all had a great time.
I didn't take many photos (due to the weather) but we did get out each day for a walk. It tended to end with us getting soaked through, coming back to the site for a shower and heading out again in the evening, where we enjoyed some lovely meals in the village.
It was our first trip of the year and had felt like a long time coming. We were hoping to sneak away last weekend but Mike damaged his good knee (!) at work and currently cannot drive, so it looks like our next trip will be for the next bank holiday in early May.....all being well.
This is how we were beginning to feel after 4 days of rain in Cheddar over Easter!!!

It looks and sounds like your Easter was as wet as mine was. I can't believe all that water was running so close to the caravans :( I hope you get better weather for your next break and Mike's knee is better by then.
My Easter break was fraught with disaster, I got unexpected snow and my brand new tent collapsed! You can read all about it starting here -
