Big Trip 2011 - Bowness-on-Windermere
For me this was the most exciting part of the trip. We left Tewkesbury early on Easter Sunday morning to travel up to the Lake District for 5 nights. Our first stop being Bowness-on-Windermere (another Caravan Club site) for 2 nights. We arrived early afternoon to blue skies and sunshine - perfect!
We pitched up on site and wandered into Bowness to meet up with friends who live in Lancashire for the evening. A good time was had by all!
