Bristol - June 2015

Two weekends in a row away, not unheard of but quite rare (although I for one would like to change that!).

We had pre-booked the Bristol CC site (Baltic Wharf) back in December 2014, knowing it's the only way to get into this very popular little site.  It hasn't helped this year as it's sadly due to close at the end of August (the local council seem to think that a new primary school will bring in more money for the local economy???!!).

We arrived late afternoon to lovely, warm sunshine and once pitched up we had a quick bite to eat and then walked into the city along the waterfront (the site provide a 'back gate' right onto the waterfront at Baltic Wharf).  It was a lovely evening and the city was packed, full of people sat outside eating, drinking, socialising and generally enjoying the great weather.

They are a mix of new apartments and traditional town houses Eunice. Lovely to look at from across the water.
